Lost my data when i upgrade my windows

Hello,
sir i was using windows10 unfortunately after couple days operating system been to recovery mode so that i have to change my windows thats why i upgrade to windows7 but that didnt work properly then i force to install windows 8.1 i tried to recover my data i cant so please help me sir for please.

You can always try to use this very efficient and free recovery tool:

But going through three operating system you will be very lucky if there is anything left.

If your hard disk is still readable, you may to try to use some third party data recovery program that could recover even deleted files.
