My hp 630 laptop screen not turning on

Hey, my HP 630 laptop display is not turning on even though the power button light and WiFi light is turning on (but the caps lock key light is not responding during this) even the hardisk is spinning.
I tried to connect to HDMI output, but no out is going from laptop to screen.
I even removed battery and hold down power button for 60 sec and plugged to supply and still same situation.
Please tell me what can be done.

Did you hear any beeps?
If yes or even no, try to remove your RAM from the slot and reseat it properly again.
