Attention: Next time attach an Excel File NOT an image!
Suppose your table start at A1.
Try to use:
=IF(C$1=$B2,$A2,"")
Copy it down and to the right as necessary.
Is that what you're looking for?

I agree excel file would have been best but not possible as forum requires PNG, gif,BMP or JPEG. I appreciate your time spent
