Usb shortcut virus

Hello,

So I ran UsbFix based on a forum I read on here and it carried out a system scan and the report has been generated. Only problem is I have no idea what to do now...The link to the report is here http://www.en.usbfix.net/report/?id=report/8.105/9d938a76000f89cafb1757596e2eb9906ff73067.txt

Please help me I know nothing about computers and I need my laptop for work!
