Hi everyone!

Im new to the forum and I don't know if im in the good category, but well, here's my problem:

I have an old Lenovo 3000 C200 with Windows xp service pack 2, and I cant find any way to get sound from it.

When I listen to music or play games, theres no sound.
In control panel, it says ''No sound device''

I tried multiple solutions on forums and nothing worked for me.
I also tried these steps:

I plugged external speakers and headphones, I checked the wires to see if the internal speakers/sound card where ok, I updated my drivers etc..

Even by searching Google nothing worked.

Sorry for my bad english

Hello

Here is my suggestion.

Go to your device manager and delete your audio card. Restart your computer and reinstall the audio card driver.

Good luck
