Hello,
On about every other startup, my Dell Inspiron 15z makes 5 loud beeps in regular intervals until my computer boots up. Again, these beeps do not always occur, and my laptop always starts up without any problems. Does Anyone know what type of error these beeps mean or how to disable them? Obviously it is just reading a faulty error message of some kind, but it is getting rather annoying and embarrassing when I go to turn on my computer in public and there's a 50/50 chance that it's going to make ridiculously loud noises and disturb everyone (someone even thought it was a bomb once...). Turning my speakers on or off mute makes no difference in this effect.

Hello

Looks like a Real Time Clock Power Failure. I suggest you check your CMOS battery.
