How to repair corrupted PPTX file?

I worked on the presentation, after successful completion of the 4-hour operation and close the file, the presentation was saved as pptx. On the next day when you open a message that the file content that can not be read. And even with full trust to file an error accessing.

You must use this Windows file converter:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/5/9/f/59f5f8fd-8db2-4531-a25d-e1317bab6cc5/FileFormatConverters.exe

or

You open the file and you save it as to your PPT version
