Keyboard won't work- Acer Aspire One Cloudbook 11 [Solved/Closed]

Hello everyone,
I have an Acer Aspire One Cloudbook 11 laptop. I just bought it a few weeks ago. I haven't had any problems with it until now. When I press the keys, nothing shows on the screen. It is is as if the keyboard does not work. I can't get past the lockscreen because everytime I try to type in my password it is as if I am not typing at all. Is there anyone who can assist me? I am a college student and without my computer I will have difficulty typing my essays in a timely matter. Thanks in advance!

Your best option is to return it for warranty service. Perhaps the college library has laptops you can check-out until yours comes back from service.
