Cpu is working fine but no single ,showing in the display...

Hello,
I was using internet for some pic in google ,that time the CPU turn OFF and turns ON and the display shows no single .When i turn OFF and turn ON the power supply, the CPU turns on and the green LED light is ON but the LED light is not blinking, the fans are running ,but the display shows no single . so please help me !!!!!!!

Did you hear any beeps during start up?
Like beep-beep-beep?
If yes then how many beeps?
