Lost all my installed programs on pc

Hello,

Im currently using widows 8 on my lapto(dell aspiran15).and it was stucked . Then I used system rapair/refresh to solve it. But when I
Logged I ve lost all my installed programms on pc. And there s a html document which discribes
Removed apps. I could download some by using that but i need to find a way to get back my other programms. I mean a secured program
Given by my office. So tell me a way to get back
those pragrams.reply by an e mail.

Hi

What you have done is not a system refresh but restored to factory settings which returns your computer to the state it was when you first took out of the box.

Sorry but there is no such programme that will return the deleted programmes.
