Hello Follow Up these step for change your alternate email address :-
1. Sign in to My Account.
2. Under "Personal info & privacy," select Your personal info.
3. Choose Email.
4. Under "Other emails," select Edit.
5. Type in a new email address, or remove unwanted email addresses.
Select Save.

Thanks but my new password is being sent to the alternative email which I can not access. So basically I can not sign into my account.
