Download win xp to flash drive transfering to another computer?

Hello,
I need the steps on how to download a copy of windows xp from working IBM thinkpad then removing flash drive and downloading onto another IBM non-working Thinkpad. Also need to know how to download drivers, especially wireless adapter or driver for nonworking computer.

Hi

XP copies will not work because it will be considered counterfeited. It will eventually block your Thinkpad.
