Hello,

Reg Pro Cleaner is not shown as a download. Yet pops up on my comp after opening. They show a telephone no. and inform me they need to get into my comp to remove it. I, of course, am skeptical.

Yes it's a scam.

Uninstall RegClean Pro programs from your computer. To uninstall the RegClean Pro program from Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, click the Start button, then click on the Control Panel menu option. When the Control Panel window opens click on the Uninstall a program option under Programs category.

The free version of Advanced Systems Care 9 might be able to do an uninstall. Just Google the name for a download location.
