Dell Laptop continuous reboot and then flashes a blue screen

Please help on my Dell Laptop here's the situation
I can reach the page where the system ask for the users to enter the start Windows normally so of course I'm going to press enter on it but afterwards it begins to reboot and displays a blue screen for a second.And then I'm going press the enter button to start windows normally again .. but it continuously reboot with the same cycle .
What is its problem?
What should I do?
Please help me.....

This could be a corrupted Windows installation. I suggest you read this:

I have solved the problem by reinstalling new OS thanks everyone for your help and xpcman thank you for your suggestion ...
