Configure Opera's speed dial

Directions on Google as to how to configure Opera's speed dial state "look towards the bottom right corner of the speed dial screen, you will notice a "Configure Speed Dial" button - ". However, when I pull up my Speed Dial, there is nothing in the lower right hand corner. Nor have I been able to find a way to configure Speed Dial by a computer search. I am using Opera 32 and Windows 8.1 Anyone out there who can help me? TIA --fran

Well, you never told us what type of machine you are using, but for a PC it is completed by following these instructions:Add a webpage to your Speed Dial by clicking the star in the address field and choosing "Add to Speed Dial". Here is the OPERA support page:

I use a pc. I need to know how to modify the speed dial not how to add urls to it. Anybody?

OK, well according to the OPERA support page on customizing Speed dial here:https://help.opera.com/en/latest/#customspeeddial, it never addresses the changing of the URL. So I would offer the simple solution of Deleting the current one you wish to modify, and save another one!
