Folder Vault trouble "install hiding engine"

Hi guys, I'm using Folder Vault for 1 year now, and I can't open it any more. The message that I'm getting is "install hiding engine".
Could someone tell me what can I do ? reinstalling is not possible without deleting it.

So, you mean to tell me that the Free software comes with no support? Wow, when I google this product, there are plenty of places to get a free copy, but no where does it point to support. I wonder what might have been the price for such free software?
