Firstly, some politeness wouldnt go amiss - we are all volunteers who offer help here and we dont really respond well to a call for help when there is an abrupt nature to the help request.
However, having said that, you dont really give enough information about your issue.
What operating system are you using?
Did anything happen just before it failed?
What have you done so far to resolve the issue?
