The following is my opinion:
If 1% of Facebook users are having the same issue, that would make over 15,900,000 users having issues. If it takes only (ONLY TWENTY) twenty minutes to resolve each and every one of the problems, it would take 5,300,00 hours worth of work. Do the math! Be patient. Remember you are one of 1.59 BILLION users!
