Cant access my email

Hello,
its been 3 or 4years since I access my account cant remember the password and no longer have that phone or do I remember the number how can I get in to my account I opened a gmail account but my yahoo is very important plz help wayne b

Usually accounts are deleted from the server after 30 days of inactivity, after 3 years...

thanks a lot was really really struggling everyday for the last week they don't even have a way to talk to person to person what a bumber thank you.
