This message is displayed when your hard disk has failed or is disconnected.
Normally it will take a PC repair shop to replace the drive and reinstall Windows.

This probelem comes because of few reasons.
1. operating system missing.
2. hard driver failure.
so first you need to operating system on your laptop. is it properly installed or not. may be it has corrupted any file. so you should run windows disk on your computer.
while you are trying to run repair but you can not see any partition on your computer. then you need to restore it. it will start working fine.
