Hello Joseph,
Can you provide me with more information regarding the issue that you have? Where exactly do you encounter trouble seeing your external flash drive - in My Computer or in Disk management? Have you tried connecting it to another PC to see if it's shown there? What was the result? I also would like to know what type of format does it have. Please, enter in Device manager to see whether there are any conflicts within the USB host controller.
