Slow boot pc

hi.my pc starts as normal but when it gets to the screen where it says the manufacturer in my case it says zoostorm and at the bottom it says click] on tab.dell and esc and it stays there for 5mins or a bit more before it goes to windows logon screen.how do I solve the problem.thanks.(ps)ignore last post or mistakes.

hi ambucias the answer to that is yes(about 5 minutes) but then goes to windows 10 logon window but its just the long wait even when I want to do go into it more have to keep on tapping lets say the esc or tab/del keys ect for 5 min.does that help

Can you boot in safe mode with networking?

What is the make and model?

What is your operating system?

operating system is windows 10- pc is zoostorm from what I can work out the model is ha17732 and I think I can start in safe mode
