No signal detected on my screen

Hello,
i recently install dvd combo in my pc, after a put it on it shows a message which says no signal detected , i tried to change my screen to another computer , but still it shows but when comes to my computer it gives me the same message, i have tried to change all the screeen but still i cant work

need your help please

JUST ONCE REMOVE YOUR RAM AND CLEAN IT,THEN REPLACE IT SAME PLACE

when i turn on my pc i am getting massage "no signal detected" please give me the solution of this problem how can i solve it.
