Hello,
My laptop stuck on my email page and just stopped working I tried to swotch it off and it wouldn't so I tried cyrl/shift/esc etc and nothing happened so evrntually I tried to switch off on the on/off buttpn and closed the lid but the blue light remained on and is still on 5 hrs later. I am going away tomorrow and don't want to leave it on charge for s week - is there some way I can rrmove tje nattery if I can't rectify yje problem?

You should be able to hold down the on/off switch until it turns off.
