Computer won't display screen

Hello, I just built my computer and it was working fine like 5 minutes ago I unplugged it to move my computer and monitor plugged everything back in and the monitor just says no signal

Did you plug the VGA cable and power cable properly?
Did you use Onboard graphics or external graphic card?

It's external graphics card brand new.

Try to switch off your pc and adjust your graphic card may be it is loose connection with pci on motherboard, did you install graphic drivers for it?
Also did you have onboard graphic vga port? if yes then try to connect your vga port of the monitor on that.
