Cannot connect to Internet

Hello, my laptop is randomly disconnecting from wifi and showing no network connections as if it is wifi is not enabled. When I go onto control panel and go to 'mobility settings' it says wifi is off and doesn't allow me to click the 'turn wifi on' button. When I click the wifi button on the keyboard nothing happens, I feel it might be broken. I troubleshoot and it says there is a problem with a wifi adaptor or access point. Can I resolve this issue?

Have you tried uninstalling wifi drivers and once again install it.
