Hi Ramin,
Could you tell me the model of your WD hard drive? Some models have a reset button, which might come in handy in this situation. Resetting the drive will not harm the data, but will restore the device to its default settings and will delete created users.
In case you have forgotten your password and the external has no reset button, there is no way to unlock the drive without formatting it. This security feature cannot be bypassed. I strongly recommend you to call the WD support, because they may give you some useful suggestions.
