please tell me that how can i solve this problem when i start my computer then all the icons in a desktopwill not appear then i have only one option that is to turn off my pc when i turn off my pc 3 times then it appears a icons and this debug is comes Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. and when i click on close option then it again no options and icons will appear

Try this 1

Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter.

"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command.

sfc /scannow --> Press Enter.

-Go to the Start Menu then to Programs
-Then Accessories and finally System Tools
-Select System Restore
-Select Restore my computer to an earlier time
-Click on Next
-Choose from the calendar posted on the restore point (left)
-Choose from the list on the right (if a choice is possible) the specific restore point
-Click on Next
-Click on Next
