Router WiFi installation in hospitalClosed

Question

Hello, 

I'm currently hospitalized in a open hospital, i'm currently one of 2 with a pc, the rest has to do with 2-3GB Data roaming on their phone. I wanna provide them with WiFi, how do I this because my pc doesn't recognize the router, though I get an IP and have no problem with my connections. 

I wanna break this, I know it won't last forever and they might find out but I wanna check this out, I hope someone can help

My router:

D-Link DIR-868L

(buying another accessory wouldn't be that an issue but I hope it's more a software problem)

Hi!
First you have to detect the true ip adress of your rooter. then you can access the "advanced page" to configur the rooter.
you can know this adress when adding the name and model of the rooter in google search ...

That of course i know. My network was set at home and i receive WiFi from My iPhone, and Some people close range. I cant access the setup page from the router, that's my problem.

Anyone experience with public network/Dlink DIR 868L?

Will add some more info tonight but maybe someone can give some tips
