I Pod nano 3rd generation is not turning on

Hello,



I played my iPod about 3-4 days back, but today, it is not turning on at all. All I am seeing is only a blinking apple icon. The ipod has been connected to a power source for almost 2 hours now, still it is not turning on. Please help.

I think battery had completely ran dead
