My comupter showes only the Dell logo!!!

Hello,
i have been having this problem when i turn my computer on it shows only the Dell Logo , doesn't start after that point on, tried to change the Ram position to no avail, the problem still persist. hope it's not hard drive related problem>>or posssibly faulty mother board. kindly advise if anyone will know what will be the problem????

Hi my name is sharfuddin i am dell certified engineer. your system is not booting right kindly reset the cmos battery after that problem persist then problem in motherboard.
