Only a black screen

Hello,
i have a dell insprion 3521 laptop and my antivirus detected some malwares and deleted them and asked me to restart it , when restarted and entered my password only a black screen showed with a small white rectangular with windows written in it that can be moved
pleeeeeeease help me i dont know what to do

What is your operating system?

Can you boot in safe mode with networking ?

Windows 10, no still the same black screen with the small rectangular, is it my windows that crushed? Because of viruses? is it possible that viruses hit the C? Plz reply me as soon as u could

Please confirm that you have tried and still can't you boot in safe mode with networking ?

Yes I've tried, typed my password after the welcome screen, appears the black one

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

I just tried, still the same black screen but this time it appeared once I pressed the power button

Sorry but this one has me. I have never heard of this kind of virus and I have seen all kinds of them.

The only thing left for me to recommend is try to restore to factory settings. You may lose data but, you may agree that it's better than nothing.

Since you have a black screen Start with no 2
