External Hard disk shows shortcut and file missing in the hidden

Hello,

I use Windows 8.1 and I have problem in one of my external hard disk drive. It is showing shortcut and files are hidden. I opened the hidden drive icon and found all the files except a folder of 15 GB. That's a very important folder for me. I used attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* but shows access denied system volume information. I don't know what to do, i really need to recover the folder. Please help, this is urgent, I have assignments to complete.

Hello,
# Download USB Fix
  • Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.
  • Choose "Clean" option.
  • A pop-up will follow
    Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...)
  • Once you're ready, click "OK".
  • While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.

The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.
