Hi Jaydip,
Please open Disk Management and check if the drive appears with correct file format and drive letter. Try changing that drive letter to one that you like and is not reserved or currently in use. I strongly recommend you to try the device on another PC. If you do not have valuable data on the device, try formatting it. If you have important data stored in it, use some data recovery tools from the downloads section of this page or try to access the data while in Safe Mode.
