Bluepage screen error on bootable usb

Hello,

i m using a bootbale usb of xp os to insatall window on my dell t3400 machine but in loading steup file bluepage error occur rather then im using same usb in my hp laptop in completely work fine please give me some and when I m installing it with cd rom its installing the window but not from usb
