Good day,l forgot my password my password for my gmail account and no longer have access to the mobile number were the google verification code is sent to.Any idea how l can access my account.Will appreciate your assistance

Unfortunately if you have not registered a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

The system simple will not give me option to a secret question which l still remember
