Hello, I have a Netgear router. All the lights are on, on the router, but I cannot connect to it. It just stop working all of sudden and I do not know why. I called Netgear but the guy was very rude and hung up in my face. On my phone and laptop the name (wifi name) basically disappeared and my phone and laptop won't connect. So I was wondering could anyone help me?
I have a windows laptop and an android phone...

I suggest you power down the router and don't plug it back in for 2 full minutes. This should reset it and might fix things. You could also use the reset switch on the back of the router. This will rest the router to it's factory and then you will need to reset the ID and password. It's possible the transmitter has failed if the router is more than 3/4 years old.

Good Luck
