Cant connect

Hey guys. I dont understand why but up until yesterday my computer was running just fine. I dont know much about computers but now i tried to log on today and i cant access the internet. It says im connected and the connection is secure however i have no internet access. Ive tried several solutions ive found online from forums to no avail. I even did a full computer reset which also did not work. If you have any suggestions then please let me know. Im desparate! Thank you!
