PC starts up then stays black screened

After the Asus screen of telling me to press F2 or DEL to go to BIOS settings it just stays black.

Its currently connected to a HDMI on a TV and a Acer S200HQL with a VGA cable and no there isnt a HDMI on the Monitor

It shows the mouse and is currently splitscreened but won't do anything after.

Did you try connecting to the monitor only? This would simplify things for the diagnostic process.

I may be that the hard disk is failing and the PC can't find the boot sector. If you have a Linux bootable disk I suggest trying to boot from that. A successful Linux boot would point to the hard disk as the problem.

I just factory reset but now I downloaded the battlenet app and some things dont pop up like the games of WoW Sc2 D3 Hearthstone HoTS and Overwatch won't show on the left side.
