Gta iv installation problem

i have a problem when installing Gta iv while extracting CNT.bik and the installation stop and nothing do
i have a disk of the game
and i have W7
RAM 4GB
Processur Intel core I5

help me please

What video card? How much space do you have on your HDD?

i have Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
I have 22 GB free from the C
167GB free from the E
28 GB free from the D
my system installed in C
and i treid to install in all this but the same thing did

OK, so you don't have an external graphics card, just an onboard? According to GTA specs, you need the following OR BETTER!

256MB NVIDIA 7900+ / 256MB ATI X1900+
