Windows host script black screen

Recently I got a really bad virus that I had removed by a more tech savvy friend, after I turned on my computer I had a little window pop up saying something a windows script host error and he told me to ignore it so I did.

Now when I turn on my computer the computer is black apart from my cursor and a window for the script host settings that has 2 options that do nothing.

Ive tried the regedit fix, the msconfig.exe fix and the CSM Bios fix but all of those settings were already applied`

Im pretty stuck here so if someone could give me a hand that would be good.
