How to provide administrator permission in windows7?

Hello, i have trouble in write prediction on Usb

write protection is on in my laptop recently i don't know how it happened .. now i cannot write on usb drivers.. i have used you provide helpful steps but no satisfaction from that. when i do right click in the folder >> properties there is no security option. how i can change owner info ? help me
i think regedit is crashed..
