My internet is connected but web pages don't load

Hello,
I use is(internet explorer) and I am connected to wifi-I even checked- but my webpages won't load. I've tried using the resetlog.txt thing but that only makes one page load and that's the page when you first get on it! Please help me with this.

Call your ISP! They will assist you in connecting your devices! You already pay for the tech support!
