So I haven't used my Toshiba laptop in forever and I decided that I should just see if it worked. It seems fine other than a white loading bar that comes up everytime I try to load it up, it gets longer over time. I don't know what to do about it. Do I let it load or what?

We got this far and still nothing has happened. h

It now says Windows Boot Manager at the top. Getting close?

It appears you have a hard disk problem and Windows can't load.

You will probably need to replace the hard disk and re-install Windows.

I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at it.

Good Luck
