Function key not working on windows 10

hello
I had samsung np300e5v s02in laptop i installed windows 10 but all function key not working only volume up and down key work properly. but before windows 10 i installed windows 7 all function key are work properly.
what can i do for function key working properly.

Is there an "FN" key on the keyboard?
