Where is the menu button in the browser on Samsung galaxy tab 4

I beleive it pulls up from th ebottom. Drag your finger lightly from th ebottom of the page and see if a menu comes up. If not, try the top? Look for an icon that looks like a GEAR maybe.

what menu are trying get to? What are you looking for in particular?
