I just built my PC and i'm getting this message on my monitor, the GPU lights up, so do the fans but no signal to the monitor thus I can't get into the bios.
GTX geforce 1070
i7 6800k 3.4ghz (six core)
500w bequiet psu
HyperX fury 32gb RAM
Samsung 750 evo 500gb ssd
WD 1tb HDD
Noctua nh-d15
MSI X99A Sli Plus USB 3.1 Motherboard

Try taking the ram out.

have you read the motherboard manual to ensure your RAM and CPU are compatible?

Have you got the correct amount of power from the PSU?

Does your GPU require additional power from the GPU? Have you tried removing GPU and using onboard VGA?

I'm almost certain the motherboard has no onboard graphics (MSI X99A Sli Plus USB 3.1 Motherboard), went from 4x8gb ram sticks to just one as I have read that sometimes is a problem. I do have the right amount of power from the psu, GPU and CPU use 290w combined, the cooler uses 2w or so.

Also very sure the RAM is compatible.
