Hotspot on but no internet access

Hello,
iam a member of ccm. am kalyan, i have a lenovo laptop, in it there is a lenovo settings app. it also facilitates mobile hotspot feature. i used it to connect other divices but from two days its not working properly. means the hotspot is on and broadcasting signal i can see that wifi signal on my windows phone and it is connected but it says there is no internet access. but i have an active internet connection with ethernet. connectify-me app also does the same. please will u help me. i have installed avast premier a day ago. please give me solution to this.

It appears AVAST has shut down your Internet sharing. I suggest you contact their support forum.
