Unwanted zoom in and out

Hello,
Screen content changes size when I scroll with the mouse. When I reset to 100% in settings, it does not stay. How do I save the setting at 100% and not have it change when I scroll?

Are you using a mousepad, or a mouse wheel?

It could be that you have a stuck CTRL button. Check of they are pressed down when you scroll.
The combination of CTRL + Scroll will zoom-in and zoom-out in a lot of applications.

@Shirsi - it seems you and I care more about fixing it then they do. It has been a week, and no feedback!

Thank you for the help. I do believe it was the Cntrl key stuck. Ok now.
