Laptop Hp Windows Vista

My laptop is really gone
When i turn on my laptop and then there is a sound comes up(loudly) but when the symbol hp show up and then there's is a choices that is;
Start windows normally like that and then i tap that but it wont start the window normally it is all blank only but there is a sound fans & blink...
How to fix this please..its been a month it wont start

You can try to repair Windows by booting from the Windows DVD and selecting the "repair" option. A local PC repair shop might be able to help you.
